Can't change a clock face

When I try to change clock face on android it times out and comments unable to find fitbit. It syncs, records sleep steps etc. Just cant update the clock face 😞

I am sorry to hear you're having difficulty trying to change the clock face. Thanks for the details shared and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

1. Force stop the Fitbit app on your phone: Settings > Applications > find the Fitbit app > select it > select Force stop. 

2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.

3. Reboot your phone and restart your tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

4. Open the Fitbit app and try to change the clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

TY for your ideas. That didn't work. I never got the fitbit sign on fitbit after pressing 3x. This is my 3rd one. A friend got an apple one and gave me hers. My first one was replaced under warranty. That one went black was still tracking just couldn't see screen.

Turn off WiFi on when your phine changing clock faces..forces it to use the Bluetooth.. It is how I updated mine.
