I own a fitbit charge 4
Every time I try to change face clocks a massage says "oops, looks like there's no internet connection" which is not true! I tried to change it via WiFi and Mobile Data with no results.
I also tried to change it using the Fitbit windows app on my laptop but each time I chose a face clocks a page with loading screen come up put still nothing changes.
Help please
Note: My charge 4 is up to date

Hello my charge 3 wont change clock face(it started 3months ago??? Ish!?), it is silly because that was a feature i liked, i got no fixes, hopefully an update will fix it

@Speckles123 are you also getting a No Internet Connection?
@Westi0 have you tried both wifi and cellular?
Do you have a firewall or going through a VPN?
