I have a Versa that I got second hand. I am trying to connect it to my Galaxy S9 on the app. Each time I select the device, it takes me back to the screen where I can setup a device.
Here is the troubleshooting I have done:
- Factory reset the Versa
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone
- Restarted my phone
- Restarted the app
- Restarted the Versa
- Restarted Bluetooth
- Cleared cache
- Tried to add the device ~10 times
What am I missing?? This is so frustrating!
