Hello @SunsetRunner.

Thanks for sharing that screenshots and those details on the matter.

In this case I'd like to ask if it is happening with all of the foods that can be logged or if it only happens with that item?

In addition to that please try log out of your account and then log back in. That will force everything to be loaded from the servers again and thus should work once again.

Let me know if there are any further questions.

Hi @LanuzaFitbit,

I can't change it for all food items I logged, not just for this one.

Logging out and in again did not fix it for me.

Hello @SunsetRunner.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for trying to log out and back in!

In this case I'd like to ask you to uninstall the app and then try installing it once again. That should help in making sure that it all starts working properly.

Let me know if there are any further questions.

Welcome to the Forums @CAnneP.

Thanks for trying the steps I have recommended and letting us know that it didn't resolve the situation.

I'd like to ask you some questions to better understand the situation:

  • What phone are you using?
  • What Android version is that phone running?
  • What app version do you have installed on your phone?

I look forward to your reply.
