Can't changed the clock face on my Inspire HR

Can't sync, can't change clock face.  Using app on Samsung phone.

Hi @jeepgirl4171, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since the clock face can't be changed.

 

Please let me know if you get any error message when trying to change the clock face.

 

In the meantime, restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, make sure that you are following the steps listed in this help page when trying to change the clock face.

Thank you for your help, but it is still the same.  I did restart the device and tried to change the clock face again.  The little circle just spins around and it doesn't load the new clock face.  When I tap the clock face I have, and tap see all details, it just sits and spins around also.  I love the device, this is the only problem I have with it, and it's actually not a problem.  I just wanted to change the clock face to another, but I'm glad to have one.
