Can't clear friend request from already friend

Hello,

On my fitbit app, iOS and Android, I have a friend request notification from someone already my friend. Only options available to clear the notification seem to be block or remove my friend.

Hey there @markce, thanks for stopping by! Hmmm... this sounds weird. Let's try the following:

 

  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date
  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Sync right away 

 

If you're still seeing the friend request, please send me a screen of that so I can go from there.
