I have been asked to verify my email address but it is wrong gone into put it right but says my email exists so how can I change what it showing as its incorrect!

It is possible that you created a different account with your email address and then another with an incorrect one. Try to log out of your account and then log in with your correct email address to see if that lets you in. Or you could try to reset the password of the account with the correct address.
