Can't connect to Fitbit and shows "No internet connection"

No internet connection. It is saying it again and can not connect to fitbit. Please fix it like last

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend doing the following:

 

1. Restart your router.

2. Confirm that your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version: How do I update the Fitbit app?

3. Turn off WiFi on your phone and use your cellular data.
