This notification is found where? On the tracker or app. What type of notification?

Old post, but just happened to me. Was caught in a notification loop. Action Failed, something about it not being supported anymore. I chose the easy fix first and checked to see if there were any updates, there was. I updated and it fixed it. Thanks!

I just purchased my fitbit last week and have a notification from first day I owned it that is stuck in this loop. Last update 11/19, but I purchased fitbit after that so no updates available.
