Charge 5 stopped syncing this morning with my samsung galaxy s20 fe running Android 11. Checked for all updates, restarted the charge 5, force closes fitbit app and restarted Bluetooth multiple times to no avail.

My s22 still won't sync with mine since the most recent update, but it did with my samsung tablet. I know this is from November so mine is a new issue.

My charge 5 started not syncing to my galaxy android phone two days ago. This is really frustrating since I use my Fitbit for work. I have tried restarting the app. I turned my Bluetooth on and off multiple times. I have restarted my fitbit multiple times. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. After removing Fitbit from my account, I will try to re-register it. It will say it found it but will continue to spin below saying it is still connecting but will never fully connect. I checked my phone and it is all up to date on software updates. Still frustrated this is an issue.
