I just got my first fitbit.

I went to the Google Plat store to download the app.

I selected "Download."

Hours later, it still shows "Waiting to Download App."

What can I do to complete the download?

Hi @SunsetRunner  not sure what the problem is, but try restarting your phone and see if that helps. The problem seems to be with Google Play or your internet connection. Be sure you have your phone permissions where you can download over wifi or mobile data.

Check your Settings in the playstore. Do you have it set to download through WiFi only.?
