When I'm logging food I can enter the serving size, but the dropdown menu for measurement (cups, oz, tbsp, each) can't be selected. I see the arrow, but I can't select it on my Pixel 4.

@akalishy A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
I'd like you to double check that your Fitbit app is always up-to-date. Additionally, make sure that your Android OS is 7.0 or higher. The dropdown menu for measurement could be grayed out but if you tap on it, it will give you the option to choose another measurement. Is it happening with all the food that you're logging?

Yes, the app is current and I am running the latest Android OS.
I can't insert a screen shot to show you the what the issue is, but I can't select the arrow so I can access the drop-down menu, my curser just blinks. I can see the arrow just can select it to access the drop-down menu.

@akalishy Thank you for getting back.
In this case, please try the following troubleshooting:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Force quit it > clear cache
- Restart your phone
- Log back in and log food again

The drop down arrow on the food log disappeared suddenly.
Using Android phone, latest version of app, tried all above fixes but not resolved.

I sent them a screen shot , let's hope it is fixed soon as it's difficult to add correct portion/amount of food

Hurrah I have a resolution if you tap the space between serving size and calories it brings up the arrow.
Apparently it's white so you can't see it ( 🤪)
This was from another user and it works

Thanks for the info! Does it work easily for you? I've just tried it and I have to touch the screen about 10 times to find the exact spot to touch. I've even used my stylus rather than my finger and it's still very difficult to find the right spot.

I would suggest you keep trying , you just need to tap in the right place and it takes a few attempts.
It is literally between the serving amount and calories .
Once you get the right spot once it gets easier to find the next time

Hi just to advise that this doesn't work.
I will tell you why , the drop down arrow is still there but ( this is where it gets technical ) The arrow is white and the background is white.
So you can't see it !!!
Wonder who designed 🤔 this
