I'm on my second HR and have had nothing but problems with both. My current HR will not sync and gives an error message of cannot find tracker. I've restarted the aopportunity, restarted the phone (Galaxy 6), have disconnected Bluetooth and now my HR is no longer able to be found via Bluetooth. Not sure what is going on? Any thoughts and or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

@Marshalea Thank you for your efforts in troubleshooting the issue. I recommend trying out the steps outlined here, in order, to try to get back up and running.
@ladibugaz It sounds like the reason your Dashboard is missing tiles is because your tracker isn't paired to your account yet. I recommend using these instructions to pair your tracker.
