I can't receive text messages on my charge2 from my Samsung S9.  Caller comes up on charge2 but no messages. I have tried everything. Thank you

I have the same phone but a alta HR and I am having the same issue. My fitbit app is working fine and syncing with my phone, i am jist not getting any text or call notifications. Am I missing something? Thanks
