My wife's new Fitbit Charge 2 will not connect to her Huawei P8 Lite phone. She has been using an older Fitbit flex on the same phone and hasn't had any issues. Is there anything that can be done to fix this? Are Fitbit able to do updates for Huawei phones?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
