I can't log into the app. First error message stated I needed to change my password as not secure, I've changed my password twice and get an error message stating invalid email or password when trying to login. I've cleared the cache, deleted and reinstalled the app twice along with restarting the phone but still can't login. I can login on the website with the same email and password just fine. Why won't it work?

@Alisonajl Welcome to the forums. Thanks for explaining your current situation. I will gladly help you log in in the Fitbit app. Given that you are able to log in on the Fitbit.com website just fine, I would recommend that you check that your Fitbit app is up to date. If it already is, I would change networks. If you are using the Wi-Fi network, please try logging in with the mobile data of your device. If neither is working, I suggest you delete the app and install it again.
