I had to restore my android phone about 6 months ago. I installed fitbit app and could not login. It said invalid email or password. I installed fitbit app on computer my computer it worked no problem, so even though it was very inconvenient, I used that for the past 6 month. Now I have found out that the Windows app has been disabled, even more inconvenient. I went back to try and login to the app on my android phone and still it says invalid email or password. I cleared the cache of the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone. I restarted the phone. Still no login. I have found nothing online that helps in this. I would like to use my fitbit but cannot. Because the windows app has been disabled it was not syncing and the watches time was slow and caused me to be late for work. Very frustrating!

Hi @pc615 I'd suggest you contact Fitbit Support .They should be able to help you with the sign in issue.
