I can't get logged into the app. It keeps telling me "check your details" I can get logged into my account user the browser but I want to set up my new phone. I have Uninstaller, reinstalled, cleared data, changed password. It keeps telling me my Google account is linked to it but won't let me sign in using the fitbit account option either.

What version of the phone app are you using?

What phone and Android version are you running?  The Fitbit app require Android version 9 and above.
