I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If you still need help with this, please feel free to contact our team back for further assistance.

Still can't log in
Deleted the app. Its useless to me since migration.

@Sbook Thanks for getting back and sharing those details. I'm sorry to hear you're still having issues logging in. 

As advice above, please feel free to contact our Support Team once again so they can continue assist you as you have an open ticket with them already.
