Just got a new Kindle Fire 10 and tried to log in using my Google login that I had to switch a couple weeks ago against my better judgement. When I originally switched, it took about 24 hrs for it to migrate all the info. NOW.....I am trying to log in on a Fire 10 tab and it tells me my email or password is incorrect? I hit "Forgot password" and it sent me to a "reset password" link. They sent an email to my google email account but when I tried to change the password for the fitbit, it tells me that Google can not change these passwords!? WTH? Moving to Goggle was a total mistake since everything was PERFECT before that!
EXACTLY the same problem when trying to log in on my Kindle Fire 10. Works on the desktop, and the iPhone,,,,but not the android Kindle Fire.
I get the same error message. I even tried "forgot password" and they emailed me a link to reset the password. THEN it tells me that Google can NOT make changes to those passwords!

@Wolfie1038 Welcome to the forums!
Thanks for reaching out about your account. Given that it works with your desktop on the website and the iPhone, it must be related to the Kindle Fire. I assume you can't use any other internet connection than Wi-Fi. Changing networks helped other users with this situation. However, I guess this is not possible for you. Please note that a couple of app updates have been launched since then. Please make sure that the Fitbit app on your Kindle is up to date.
In case you encounter issues with your login credentials, I suggest you contact Fitbit Customer Support (click here). You can reach them via phone, chat or email.

Hello @Wolfie1038
Sorry to see your frustration. As @RodrigoMFitbit mentioned, the issue is with the Kindle Fire. From what I've seen, there's no longer a way to use the Kindle Fire with a Fitbit device.
Apparently when Fitbit was its own company, the Fitbit app was included in the Amazon app store and a user could connect their device with their Kindle Fire tablet. Now that's no longer the case. Since Amazon's Kindle Fire uses a modified version of Android, Google does not consider the Kindle Fire to be a compatible tablet. When I do a search for the Fitbit app in the Amazon app store, it doesn't show up. Another user tried sideloading the Google Playstore , then installing the Fitbit app from the Playstore. Sadly, they were not successful in logging in to the Fitbit app.
