I have force stopped, cleared cache, cleared storage, logged out / logged in, restarted my phone, reinstalled the app - none of it works. Contacted support and they told me to force stop or log in again despite me saying I already did that then closed the case. I have contacted again but not heard back. It's been like this since Tuesday.

Unfortunately it just doesn't work anymore for a large number of users. I've started several threads about this over the last few months.
Fitbit just say it will be fixed 'in a future release' but there have been several releases since I reported it and it still doesn't work.
