Can't pair Charge 2 with HPB365

Can't pair Charge 2 tracker with HPB365 which says an error has occurred during pairing. Tried and tried already but same message appeared. Thank you

Hi @LynetteLC are you using the Fitbit app to setup the tracker? The user should not be able to pair the tracker to the phone,
