Hi just brought a fitbit blaze set it up, have checked settings but when I try and Bluetooth my Samsung s8+ to my blaze it says pairing rejected by blaze can someone please help

Hello @Montyz, good to see you here in the Fitbit Community as a new member. Are you trying to set up your Blaze through your Fitbit app? Keep in mind only the Fitbit app enables the communication of your tracker with your phone.
If this not the case and the issue persist try the steps of the following article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?.
Now I saw on your title you are not receiving notifications, the explanation to this is because your tracker is not successfully paired.
