I was having trouble synching my Alta, so I unpaired it. Now, even with the alta two inches from my phone and fully charged, it says it can't find the device. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no luck.

Hi, @JessicaAS! Two things to try in addition: restart your Alta, go into your phone's bluetooth settings and forget the Alta from there, too.
