Mines the same! Put a blog up a couple of hours ago! I'm trying to sync with samsung devices and have restarted fitbit, reinstalled, googled etc without success. Have lost a whole 10 days data which is very annoying as I had a massive week of excercise there and really wanted the stats logged. I reckon the latest update has glitches 😣

Best AnswerI'm having the same issue, uninstalling resetting etc etc has not worked... even connecting to a new mobile device still hasn't done anything since the 15th of March
