I had a workout today and was looking to start and stop the activity using my Versa 3. Started it fine as a workout. The watch showed heartrate et al. Everything worked fine. After 90 minutes, I noticed it had stopped by itself. On the app, the exercise is missing. Okay, I'll just add it manually. I do so and now it shows up. Fitbit even corrected the start and end times. Looks promising. I go back to the Today screen and click Exercises. Now the activity is gone. I tried this multiple times. Each time, it saves it until you leave the Exercises screen. When I go back to it, it's no longer there. For some reason, it won't save anything I manually add. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

Hi, @Draude, welcome to the community. There has been a bug in the past which was corrected via a recent update. Check you have the latest Fitbit app on your phone (I'm running 4.44.1 (110309120)). In the "Today" screen of the Fitbit app on your phone, touch your icon in the top right>help> the app version is at the bottom.
I hope this helps. If you are still stuck, please let us know your phone details, make, model & OS.
Cheers

Hi Gr4ndp4. Thanks for the response! It looks like I'm running 4.43.1. It's the latest version from the Google play store so assuming I just need to wait for an update? I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S24 plus running Android 15. Is there a way to download and sideload the latest rev?

Hi, @Draude. These updates are rolled out in waves; I think location and service provider have an influence. I usually see App updates a week or two after we see notices of launch.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
