Can't see In-App Pictures

Hi 

When I click on the notifications section of the app I can see the txt but I can't see the picture posted. It only has a 'reload' symbol and when you click on it nothing happens. Any ideas?? 

It's an android phone

Thanks for bringing this up. Let me help you figure out what is going on.

 

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to clear the app's cache and then load it once again. You can click here to see instructions on how to do it. That should help in getting everything on the app to load correctly.

i cleared the apps cache like you suggested but I’m afraid it didn’t work. When I went into the app again it still was the same

Thanks for clearing the ache like I suggested.

 

In this case I'd like to ask you to uninstall the app and then install it once more. After that try checking if the picture shows up.

sorry some of my reply’s haven’t been posted here. It’s al working now it turns out it’s a problem with my WiFi network as it works fine with my phone data.
