Can't see friends on challenges

Just did the latest update, went to start a new daily challenge and I can't see the names or faces of my friends to invite them...

Welcome to the Forums @TooCentz.

 

That must be quite bothersome. I'd recommend that we try to restart the app's connection to the servers o make sure that it is not that. Try to log out and then force quit the app. Then open it again and log into your account and you access the challenges. You should see your friends once again. 

 

If that doesn't work, please take a screen shot of what you're seeing and then post it as a reply so that I can find the best way to assist you.

If you do not mind me asking, could you please post about what had to be done to resolve this situation? I'm sure other users that have the same question would find it very useful.
