Can't see my Steps on the App

I have the fibit flex. I went to my dashboard to sync my steps but I notice on the app that it didn't have my steps. It only had my calories and everything after that. I did an update on the app, I even log out of the app. I still can see my steps. What do I need to do?

@Stacy1913 I recommend unpairing your Flex by opening up the menu in the top left > Devices > click on Flex > click on the trash can in the top right. Once you've removed it from your account, follow these steps to pair your Flex to your account again. Let me know if that helps.
