I tried to reply to a friend's message, typed it and hit the arrow in the upper right corner. It didn't send. Just sat there. Tried several times. Any suggestions? I have sent messages in the past. Thanks!

Good to see you have joined our Fitbit Community @vvv03. This indeed is not an expected behavior. So lets try to log out from your Fitbit app. This can be found on your Account Tab and right at the bottom is the option to log out. Now that we are out, you can either force quit the Fitbit app or you can try with restarting your mobile device.
If you restarted your phone, wait until it turn on again and open the Fitbit app. Enter your email address along with your password, and try again.
This should help to restart the app and resolved the issues you are experiencing.

Thank you for keep me posted @vvv03. Have you tried to re-install the app? If you haven't tried it, please make sure to sync your tracker to avoid any lost of information before. Once you tracker has synced, unsinstall the app and restart your phone again. When your phone has loaded, download the Fitbit app from Google Play Store again and log in to your account.

My theory is, if you uninstall your app and reinstall. You will only make your problems worse.
