Can't set sleep goals, only remove

I'm trying to set my sleep and wake times and the only options I get when opening the clock to set them are remove or cancel, there is no done or OK option, any help? I'm on android, huawei p20 pro if that helps at all.

Hello @NadineyNuisance.

I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on.

Could you share some screenshots of what you are seeing? That would help me determine what is going on or what is the best way to move forward to get the app to work correctly.

Look forward to your reply.

Thank you for your reply @LanuzaFitbit, these are screenshots of my sleep options, and then what happens when I try to set a sleep time or wake time, the clocks pop up but only allow me to cancel or remove

Thank you.

Hello @NadineyNuisance.

Thanks for sharing those screenshots!

Have you tried to set the correct time and then tap the 'Back' button on your screen and see if the goal saves at that point.

Let me know how it goes or if there is anything else I can help you with.

@LanuzaFitbit, yes I have tried setting the time then using the back button but this also does not set the time. Will I be needing to contact fitbit directly as I can't seem to find contact details (I am in the UK if that makes any difference)

Hello @NadineyNuisance.

Thanks for letting me know.

Let's try going into the phone's setting and reducing the size of the text. That should help so that the option shows completely.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

It's 2021 and this bug still exists. 😐

There is no reason why my display or text size settings should cause this issue. Finding this answer was tedious.

YEA!  Changing the font size actually works! Originally every time I tried to change my sleep setting the only Fitbit app options were were -  Remove or Cancel... HOWEVER.. once I "reduced" the font size in the display settings of my android I now see:  Remove - Cancel - OK  (it seems when a larger font is selected the OK  option gets moved or pushed off to the right of the display where it can't be seen or selected. NET: A poor Fitbit app design
