After the last update I am not able to set the time on the silent alarm. Any existing alarms work fine, but I'm not able to change the time, not am I able to set the time on a new alarm. It just keeps reverting to the time that was set previously. Anyone else see this?

Hello @dyndragon! Thanks for joining the Community.
There is a possibility that this could be happening because the app is not loading the information correctly to our servers. Let's try to log out and then back into the app. Whenever I have experienced situations like this, that process has helped.
Please let me know how it goes!

Hey @dyndragon. Welcome to the Forums @GabeO1998!
In that case, let's try to delete any previous alarms that have been set and then set them all once again.
Please keep me posted on how it goes.
Best AnswerDeleting all alarms did not work. I still can't set the time on a new alarm.
I also tried deleting Fitbit data (resetting the app) and then re-logging in. That did not work either.
What next?...
I can get logs or whatever you need, I'm experienced with collecting system logs and such.
Best AnswerOnly thing I have gotten to work is to set the alarm on the Fitbit.com dashboard through a web browser. It will then sync to your app and tracker. Otherwise I cannot get the app to create an alarm besides the time that I click on the "+" to create it.

@dan.sachs73, you took the words right out of my mouth. I will be letting the team know about this. For the meantime, the best option is to set the alarms through the web Dashboard instead of the Fitbit app.You can do so by following these steps:
