I recently lost my Fitbit. I'm not planning on purchasing another one, but I learned I could still track my steps using the Mobile Track feature. Problem is, when I follow the setup instructions using my Samsung Note 8, it doesn't give me the option of adding Mobile Track. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, @TheyCallMeDNice , unfortunately MobileTrack is not available on all Android devices. If you cannot see it on the Account screen -> + Set up a device -> drop down list, then it is not available for your phone.

Mobile track uses a specific type of sensor that not all phones have.
