Went to gym and started the weights screen and now i can't shut it off and go to other screens

Tough to help without knowing which Fitbit model.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I have the Versa 3! Nothing I have tried has worked! I have been swimming for 21 hrs.🤨😉

Pressing the back button should do it.

On a Versa 3 a swipe left edge to the right should also do it.

I finally got it! I did try all those things,and nothing was working! I use
the timer all the time and never had a problem! Thank you for your help.(
apparently I was swimming for 21 hours🤭😉)
