Can't sign in on Pinwheel OS

I use Pinwheel OS, and when I try to sign in to the Fitbit app, it just loads. I enter my login information in the Fitbit sign-in section and it shows the loading icon but never gets anywhere.

Hi, @Morrowstalker, welcome to the community, I've not come across Pinwheel before but have seen this article Pinwheel review: A kids smartphone platform that can grow with your child | Android Central noting the "Cons". I think your best way forward will be to talk to Pinwheel support. Inevitably Google/Fitbit are cautious about accounts for children & have extensive rules & exceptions.
