I have a Charge 4 that I haven't used for a while. On charging it, I find that the time and date are incorrect and also that I can't access my account on my Android phone. It seems to think I've switched to a Google account, but when I put in my Google details, I still can't access it. Any help appreciated.

Are you using Sign in with Google or trying to enter your email address and password?
