Hi, I got my charge 2 a week ago and for the first 5 nights my hrv showed between 120 and 150ms. The last two nights it dropped to zero and I don't believe thats right.
Is there some way I can fix this or is it possible it gets fixed in a future update?

Additionally my personal zone ranges from negative 37 to positive 150? How can my personal zone start with a negative value?

Negative and zero values for HRV definitely don't sound right.
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps yet, like restarting your Fitbit?
Another thing to check is that your personal info in the Fitbit app is still correct. To check:

Yes I did try troubleshooting. I restarted my sense 2 for the last 3 days and the day before yesterday I reinstalled the Fitbit app. My personal info is also correct
Yesterday morning I got a realistic measurement, today I got a 0 again.
