I haven’t worn my charge 3 in awhile and the clock wasn’t connecting, I found out I was signed out of my account and couldn’t get back in.
I have tried to reset my password to sign in with my Fitbit account (made with my iCloud) I tried to sign into my existing account with my google account (gmail), it created a new account which I don’t want.
Ive spent hours resetting my password, restarting my iPhone (12) uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
I hope I don’t have to remake an account.

When you used the Fprgot your passwprd, did you get an error message? Did you get an email with instructions to reset the password? At what step did the failure occure?
You said that you tried logging in woth your Gmail address. This is not the same thing as logging in with your gmail accpunt.. However we want to get logged into your original fitbit account, then switch to a google login
