Can't sync back to my phone

Hello. I hadn't used my charge 2 for about 3 months and went to sync it back up with my phone the other day. it wouldn't sync so i unpaired the phone and removed it from my account to try and reset it. It didn't reconnect and I've tried all the methods I've found online. 

 

Can anyone help? My phone is a samsung galaxy s8.

It's nice to see you around @zzfish. Welcome! Robot LOL I apologize for the delay in my response and will be glad to assist you to sync your Charge 2 again with your Samsung Galaxy S8.

 

Thank you for letting us know that you unpaired the phone and removed your tracker from your account to sync it and reset it. Have you been able to resolve this issue?

 

I would recommend to try to pair it again. This time as a replacement device. Follow the instructions from help article How do I set up my Fitbit device?
