I keep getting a message that the app needs to be linked to the Versa in order to sync. However I have linked it, and I have enabled all permissions, and it does sync every once in awhile even though it is supposed to be on all day sync. Every
hour or two I will get the same message that the app needs to link to the Fitbit, even though this was already set up. I had the same problem with my charge hr. But the Versa is brand new.

I am having the same exact problem.. 2 factory resets later and every time I try to connect it just says... Connecting to then tell me 5 minutes later it cant connect. So frustrating, I had another versa and it NEVER had this issue, I set up my old one for my husband and his works great still.

Hi sweetie I have had problems with my Versa not synching with my phone but I think I may have sorted as it seems to be working now so hope this helps. I am using a huawei P smart phone by the way so not too sure if it will work but you can try it. I unpaired my Versa from my phones Bluetooth and have found that as long as it comes up on the available devices list it seems to sync each and every time so far!! I don’t want to keep my Bluetooth on all the time so my problem was when I switched the Bluetooth off and then later switch it on it would have a problem synching. Worth a try Hun xxxx
