Can't sync charge 2 on travel

Can't sync on traveling. Have tried removing and adding device. It wouldn't add now. Keeps saying Bluetooth issues. Tried restarting phone and device and reinstalling app. Nothing works.

Thanks for trying all of those steps before posting in here. Let me try and help you get this to work.

 

While it contains some of the steps that you have already tried I'd like to recommend that you follow all of the steps listed in this help article. Be sure to try all of them in order to get everything to work correctly.

 

In the meantime I'd like to ask:

  • What device are you using to sync?
  • Are you using a public WiFi connection to sync, or a private one?
