Can't sync charge 2 with Google pixel XL

I have just got a new Google pixel XL and I'm unable to sync my fit bit to it. I've tried deleting the charge 2 from the device list on the app (it was automatically copied from my last phone), I've tried turning Bluetooth on and off, same with WiFi .uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Not sure what else to try

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing the steps you have tried.

 

It is possible that your Charge 2 is still paired to your previous phone. Do you have access to it still? If so, please go into that phone's Bluetooth settings and remove your Charge 2 from there. Then, run the setup process again on your Pixel XL. That should do the trick.
