Can't sync even after reset Alta

Since the new update for Android app I cannot sync my Alta to my phone. I have tried resetting my Alta 3 times and nothing happens.

If not already done feel free restarting the phone.

 

Optionally when desired (if the issue remains) feel free to clear the fitbit app cache:

Sadly that still did not work. I have the Motorola Turbo 2, I'm not sure if that is an issue, but it was working fine before the android app update.

If having installed the update over the existing version, consider to uninstall the app completely & reinstall freshly. Sometimes glitches can occur when keep installing new versions over existing ones..
