Sync issue

Hi, from last 2-3 days number of steps are not getting updated when I am syncing surge with my mobile. Please help. Thanks

Welcome to the Forums @na1302. First, please check that your phone is a compatible mobile device. If it is, follow our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker will sync without an inconvenience. Now, if your phone is not compatible, keep in mind that you can always sync with your computer.
