Can't sync my Charger 3

Hello,

I can't connect my Charger 3 to my Galaxy S7 and its irritating the heck out of me!!! All day i have been trying and nothing works... also i just updated my cell on Saturday so i am guessing it has something to do with that. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and it didn't make a difference.... any suggestions!?

@Brittany48  Hi and Welcome - have you a lot of Bluetooth enabled devices within the same vicinity (second mobile, ipad etc maybe belonging to other family members) these could impact on the syncing process - also have you paired your device to your phone again via blue tooth, in the app have you got all day sync selected this can make it easier to sync (but may drain battery slightly quicker) also have always connected selected you can also try a forced sync by swipe down on the dashboard

Hey Wayne,
So last night i unpaired the Fitbit from my phone thinking it would help
and it didn't! I only have one item connected to my phone. I cannot get the
charge 3 to connect to my bluetooth at all now. Bluetooth can find it but
won't connect... also everything you said i did. -_-
I am done!

Hi I'm having the same problem...but it's been like this since Saturday for me. I've uninstalled and reinstalled about 4 times now and still doesn't sync. Agree...very annoying!
