Can't sync my Fitbit

My fit it does not always sync up what is the problem this has been having this problem for over a week

Welcome to the Forums @Mkent61957.

 

Let me help you figure out what could be going on.

 

The first thing I'd like to do is to ask you some questions:

  • What Fitbit do you have?
  • What phone are you using to try to sync?

In the meantime I'd like to recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. Those should definitely help in getting it all to sync properly.
