Can't sync my Inspire with my Huawei P20 Pro

not been able to sync my Inspire up since the 11th November. had no problems before then. since then I've tried every solution that's been laid out by troubleshooting and Q&A's.

 

can somebody help?

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Inspire prior posting. I've confirmed that your Huawei P20 Pro is a compatible device, meaning that the Fitbit app has been optimized to work with your model. That said, since your tracker is still not syncing, please confirm the following conditions:

 

 

If these conditions are met, I'd recommend to give one last try to the following:

 

  1. Remove the Inspire from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Go back one screen, tap on force stop and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and set it up as a new device.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions and wait until the process is completed.
