I just got the versa 3. Downloaded the app and am trying to finish set up process. Fitbit won't connect via bluetooth or wifi. App says there is a firmware update available, but it won't connect so I can even update it.

@Bwalden Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you set up your Versa 3. Thanks for explaining. It seems the setup could not be completed. Were you able to set up a Wi-Fi connection while setting up your Versa 3? If not, the firmware update will take longer that usual.
I recommend you take a look at this article. Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?. You could also try to remove the Versa 3 from your account and set it up again. Open the Fitbit app. Tap on your profile picture and then tap on Versa 3. On the top right corner, tap the trash icon and confirm. This will delete the Versa 3 from your account. You can then set it up again as a new device.
