I can not post or reply to post on the fitbit app. I just started a few days ago. I deleted the app, cleared the cache, forced restart, restarted the phone. I chatted with customer support twice and all I got was the will escalate the case and they will reply with a email. I am using the z fold 3 any ideas

@TonyC30 Welcome to the forums. Thanks for your inquiry regarding posting in the Android Fitbit app and what you have already tried. I have no more suggestions other than what you have already mentioned. I am glad you are already in contact with customer support. They will provide you with a resolution.
