Setup not working - Charge 5 / Samsung Galaxy S21

I purchased Charge 5 yesterday only to return it to day due to it not pairing with My Galaxy S-21.

@n8zsa Welcome to the forums. Thanks for your inquiry regarding the setup of your Charge 5. Did you receive a specific error message while setting it up?
